Question hour is the first hour of the session where the members of the house ask questions to the government. A member has to give 10 days’ notice for questionto be asked in question hour.The timing of question hour is 11-12.
Zero hour is the session that is held after the question hour. During zero hour, member may raise any public importance questionwithout any permission or prior notice. The term zero hour initially not included in Constitution but it was introduced in 1962. The timing of zero hour is 12 pm-1pm.
